Roynelson Tindi Moto Hope Capital’s Recovery officer holds a Bachelor of IT (Information Technology) from Maseno University. Roynelson’s vast experience includes working in a variety of financial and research institutions across the country. This invaluable experience has accorded him excellent people skills and arguably the right and much-needed skillset to diligently perform his roles at Moto Hope Capital. His main roles entail monitoring and collecting delinquent accounts from clients and/or businesses. Additionally, he develops debt collection strategies, locates debtors, negotiates payment plans, and recovers funds. His excellent customer service skills come in handy when dealing with myriad customer needs.
